It is by doing this that you gather the necessary accessories to populate your world when you eventually get around to having free creative reign. Whilst doing this, you must also use your capture gun to collect blueprints of different plants, animals, buildings and costumes which are stored in a database. The tutorial is basically a set of missions where you as the player must wander around collecting gold bricks to advance to the next world. The first thing to try and get across here is that Lego Worlds is trying to be an open world sandbox game that allows you to build whatever you want wherever you want, but it goes about doing this in a rather unusual way. Minecraft is also a global phenomenon and although I struggle to try and see the appeal of it, thousands of others are quickly sucked into the game and the premise of having an open world to let your imagination run wild is just outstanding. To put it simply, it was hours of brainless entertainment that allowed you to easily whittle away many hours on a Sunday afternoon. For such a simple formula, it managed to bring hours of fun as you run around various Star Wars or Indiana Jones levels, building all sorts of cool looking things and collecting characters. The success of the Lego games on the previous gen and current gen consoles cannot be overstated. So when Lego Worlds was first revealed and promised to be very similar to Minecraft, I immediately thought that they were onto a winner. As a kid, I remember spending hours in the front room building all manner of creations before tearing them down and starting again. However, I can tell you they are some of the most diverse worlds you will ever come across in a game.I love Lego.
I do not know the “science” for how the game generates the worlds. The different biomes that Lego Worlds has for you to explore are crazy. I also think that when you get bored chasing down Golden Bricks, being able to create stuff is a nice distraction. This is sure to be a huge deal for those of you who have a bit of a creative streak in you. You can easily spend hours screwing around making whatever pops into your imagination. I will counter this though by saying that if you put the time in you can pretty much create anything that you could imagine. The creation tools are very sophisticated and I feel they take a little longer to get used to than the ones that Minecraft has. Of course, the real draw for Lego Worlds is the world creating that the game allows you to do.

However, the missions never really change so I can see people who put a hundred plus hours into the game getting a bit sick of doing what feels like the same mission over and over again. I had fun doing these missions and the lure of getting a Golden Brick was enough to keep me doing them. Basically, Golden Bricks are the life force of the Lego Worlds universe. I found collecting these Golden Bricks very addictive and if you ask me it feels like there is an infinite amount of these to collect! You are collecting these so that you can get more characters, more items, more equipment and unblock more options for the worlds that you create.
You can also get Golden Bricks by doing missions for the NPC’s that are around the level. You can get Golden Bricks by searching them out and finding them. The main focus of the game is that you need to go around the various Lego Worlds and collect these Golden Bricks. Lego Worlds has two things that you can do.
